We will focus on your strengths, and work together to set realistic short-term and long-term goals. With 10 years combined educational and work experience in the health & wellness field, I am capable of fulfilling the needs of individuals (both men & women) of a wide variety of ages, limitations, fitness backgrounds, and goals.
