5-Week “Step It Up” Challenge

This was my first fitness challenge that I’ve ever hosted. Many winks of sleep were sacrificed in preparation for the programs and it’s details. The program was designed with weight loss in mind. It was designed to improve the overall muscular definition and endurance of its participants. For the past 5 weeks, each individual was challenged and has been able to progress physically. Our bodies are biologically unique. A winner was chosen based on overall progress and dedication, rather than weight or inches lost alone.

This program was exclusive to those who volunteered. I have recently made some changes and it has already proved to be effective. The program will be available for purchase soon for those looking to add something different to their current routine.
