Halloween Workout

Totally had no shame in going to the gym in full costume; Even if I was the only one.

You’re never too old to play dress-up. You’re never too old to go out in public in full costume like it’s a normal day. It’s not at all weird. I might do this more often!! Halloween errday!

Feel free to use this workout:

  • Wide-Leg Press. 3×12
  • Front Squats 3×12
  • DB Sumo Squats 3×12
  • DB Lunges 3×12
  • Seated Calf Press 3×12
  • Superset: Squats Jumps 3x:30
  • Superset: Leg Curls  3×12
