“I put off hiring a trainer for a long time. I always thought to myself, ‘I’ll hire a trainer once I am not so embarrassed of my body.’ For a long time, I worked out on my own. I did strictly cardio, and I ate mindfully. I did lose quite a bit of weight; however, I was bored, and my progress was slowing down. That is when I hesitantly reached out to Mayme. She got back to me super quick, and we set up a time to meet. In that initial meeting, Mayme put all my anxieties to rest. She was super sweet and supportive of my goals. Fast forward two months, and I am still going strong with Mayme’s guidance. Working out with Mayme is fun. It’s like working out with a friend. I look forward to our sessions. This girl has been putting in work since our first day. Being so open to trying new things and pushing her limits. Beginning to now, this (right) is from a few shorts weeks ago.
